Do you charge extra for congestion charges or parking?
No, we don’t usually need to levy fees for parking as we are able to load and unload on yellow lines and can make use of loading bays as well as normal parking bays. We do need to charge costs for the London congestion charge though so a cost of £10 will be added to cover this charge if we need to enter chargeable zones.
Do you have any other hidden charges?
No, the price we quote is the price you will pay. Unlike some other firms we do not charge VAT on top of the quote, we do not charge extra for having to go up floors/staircases nor do we add fuel or mileage charges on top of the price we quote you!
Are there restrictions on the hours you can move our items?
No, we are open and available to work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. So no matter what time you want your items moved we will be happy to help anywhere in London or the rest of the UK.
Can I amend or cancel my booking?
Yes of course! You can change or amend your booking at anytime within 24 hours of your appointment at no charge. Cancellations can also be made anytime with 24 hours notice free of charge.
How do we pay you?
You can pay by cash to the driver on the day or bank transfer via invoice before your moving date. We are happy to raise purchase orders for businesses and trade though our own Limited Company.
Are you able to pack and unpack my items for me?
Yes, we can offer a full packing and unpacking service. We can also provide boxes at £2.50 per box and tape at £5 per roll, please let us know in advance if you require this service and we can give you an estimate of costs.
Are y0u able to offer same day removal services?
Yes, we have a fleet of drivers and can pick up and deliver at short notice on the same day often with as little as one hour notice.
